  • The customers will be furnishes a complete refund if the products are not delivered beginning from the booking period.
  • If a customer wishes the products to be refunded or reshipped, then they are requested to provide an eligible reason for the same with the purchase’s order number.
  • If the products are not delivered in estimated duration, customers can put a request for re-shipping without any additional cost or initiate to avail complete refund/booking amount.
  • The pharmacy does not process refund requests if the product is reverted to because of inaccurate shipping details by the consumer.
  • Customers are eligible for 100% refund of order amount, if product is not delivered or cancelled before it is approved by us.
  • After receiving the product, the customer can initiate refund request by contacting customer care through email or live chat. A shipping address will be provided, where the customer has to send the shipped products. When we get the products, we will refund 50% of the billing amount to the customer.
  • 50% refund of order amount is applicable for products cancelled after their approval.
